A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Teacher/Therapist to join RIDBC on a full time basis at our North Rocks campus.
RIBDC’s unique services provide educational support to children aged 0-18 years who are living in rural areas of Australia and are unable to access suitable specialist support for their hearing impairment. The program is delivered using a range of distance technologies including video conferencing.
As part of a dynamic and specialised team you will work closely with the Head of RIDBC Teleschool as well as the team of therapists, teachers and multi- media designers. You will also work independently managing an allocated caseload of families and delivering services from one of our videoconferencing studios at North Rocks.
To be successful you‘ll have a proven background of teaching speech and language to children with a hearing impairment and a willingness to work in a cutting edge multi-media environment.
